High-Sensitivity Matched Fluxgate Magnetometer Pair
The Paired FG-3+ sensor set delivers two high-precision fluxgate magnetic field sensors with closely matched electrical characteristics, designed for applications requiring balanced dual-sensor performance and reproducibility.
Each sensor in the pair is based on the FG-3+ one-axis fluxgate magnetometer, a compact yet highly sensitive magnetic field sensor capable of measuring subtle field variations with precision far beyond typical integrated magnetometers. It is an excellent replacement for legacy Speake & Co. FGM-1 and FGM-3 sensors and is particularly suited for geophysical, industrial, scientific, and embedded applications.

Test Report Insights (Independent Evaluation)
Independent testing confirms the FG-3+ output signal’s reliance on the period of its square-wave output and verifies its high sensitivity over a wide range of magnetic fields. Although the raw period-to-field response shows non-linearity in detailed calibration conditions, proper signal processing techniques allow effective conversion and use in precise measurement systems.
